Cybersecurity expert

Penetration testing, architecture, source code and configuration audits at competitive rates.

Cybersecurity trainer

Bespoke or off-the-shelf, my cybersecurity training courses are designed for professionals and comply with the quality standards expected by Qualiopi training organizations.

Asked by the French Ministry of the Armed Forces to train specialized services, I also work with renowned cybersecurity schools such as Otéria.

2022 to 2024 - Cybersecurity

2015 to 2021 - The springboard

French Army

Enlisted as a sergeant in the French Army in 2015, I graduated top of my class from my IT specialty training at the end of 2016.

I then worked until the end of my contract as a system administrator.

Responsible for maintaining operational condition of some of the government’s most sensitive communication servers, I was a reference technician for Linux systems.

It was during this period that I entered the world of recruitment, conducting most of the technical interviews on the topic alongside the office manager.

Self-taught training

Determined to take control of my future, I strengthened my cybersecurity skills for years, notably through CTFs.

At that time, I also began evening classes at CNAM in Paris to progress through a cybersecurity engineering curriculum.

Podcast

As part of my collaboration with Intrinsec, I had the opportunity to co-record with Raphaël PREVOST a podcast in partnership with LexisNexis about ATS malware.

CTF participations

Between 2020 and 2023, I had the opportunity to participate in multiple CTFs (Capture The Flag). Here is a list:

  • InsomniHack 2023 - 16/110

An iconic cybersecurity gathering, InsomniHack organizes a team CTF. I went to Lausanne with 7 Intrinsec consultants to challenge some of the best CTF teams.

  • Semantic 2021 - 1/50

This challenge organized by the French Navy was my first victory. The diversity of the tasks added an extra layer of difficulty.

  • DGhAck 2020 - 30/2000

    Challenge organized by the DGA.

  • CTF DGSE 2020 - 65/800

This first experience with the intelligence services’ annual CTF was marked by complex challenges and genuine enjoyment.

  • Challenge Ladon 2020 - 7/144

Organized by Comcyber, this internal army CTF was my very first one.

Academic background

DUT Computer Science - 2010-2012

As a student at the IUT of Clermont-Ferrand, I obtained a DUT specializing in embedded systems in 2012.

It was an extraordinary experience, punctuated by two company internships, which partly shaped the person I am today.

I had the pleasure of meeting teachers such as Mr. Davalan and Mr. Delobel, who inspired several cohorts through their technical skills and passion.

Evening classes at CNAM - 2018-2020

Wishing to obtain an engineering degree through evening classes, I enrolled at CNAM during my military period.

After later obtaining a cybersecurity consultant position, I did not continue this curriculum, prioritizing a future VAE instead.

CNAM was nevertheless an opportunity for great encounters, with both friends and lecturers.

A special mention for two lecturers who left a strong impression on me through their outstanding teaching style and skills: Nicolas Pioch and Eric Gressier-Soudan.
